TOXIC CHILDREN, TOXIC LIES RALLY

Who: Moms Against Mercury along with many supporting organizations. Please see complete list below. What: Rally in front of the National AAP office. Where: 141 NW Point Blvd., Elk Grove Village, Illinois (suburb of Chicago) When: Wednesday, February 20th at 7:00 a.m. We will gather at the Sheraton Hotel lobby next door to the AAP building at 7:00 a.m. and then walk over to the AAP building at 7:15 a.m. *********************** If the forecast is calling for conditions which will not allow for travel we will cancel the rally so please continue to watch the EOH board or go to www.MomsAgainstMercury.org for the latest information. ************************ We need your help: Please email either your child’s porphyrin test ,urine or fecal toxins lab results. Parents who are both attending and not attending can send your child’s test results. Please mark out any information you do not want to be made public PRIOR to emailing the labs. If you are comfortable please have your state written on the top of the results. Email labs to: angelamedlin@nc.rr.com. If it is easier to fax your test results, please email Amy at amyc444@aol.com. Please put AAP RALLY in the subject line. Thank you for your help. This information will be crucial for our rally. Illinois Parents: Illinois contact, Christina Blakey of TACA Chicago Chapter, will be coordinating efforts in your state. If you would like to contact Christina directly, please email her at ChristinaBlakey@yahoo.com. Dress: Chicago weather will be VERY cold and windy. Dress very warm with several layers. Posters: Please Bring Posters Children: Children are welcomed, but PLEASE keep in mind when deciding to bring your child that we will be near a busy street and the weather will be extreme. Transportation to and from the rally: Transportation will be the responsibility of each individual. Many of the hotels listed below provide shuttle service. There is also taxi service available in the Elk Grove Village area:

We have agreed that our rally group will obey all traffic laws, NOT approach cars, NOT enter the AAP building, NOT use profanity, and WILL stay on the sidewalks and public access.
